  1. Cancellation Deadline: Clients are required to provide a minimum of 24 hours' notice for any appointment cancellations. This allows us ample time to fill the vacant appointment slot and offer the opportunity to other clients.

  2. Late Cancellation/No-Show Fee: Appointments cancelled within the 24-hour window or not attended without prior notice will incur a fee. This fee will either be a charge equivalent to a treatment from the client's account or 10% of the service fee.

  3. Notification Process: Clients can cancel their appointments by contacting us directly via phone call or text at 208-391-2927 or email at frontdesk@laseridaho.com, or through our online booking system. Our reception team will assist in rescheduling or canceling appointments promptly.

  4. Exceptions: We understand that emergencies and unforeseen circumstances may arise. In such cases, we encourage clients to reach out to us as soon as possible to discuss their situation. We will handle these instances on a case-by-case basis with empathy and understanding.

  5. Repeated Offenses: Clients who repeatedly fail to adhere to our cancellation policy may be subject to additional measures, including prepayment for future appointments or limitations on scheduling.
