With the appointment of Dr. Diane McConnehey as our new medical director, Precision Laser enters an exciting new chapter in our journey. Founded in 2010, Precision started with just one laser, the ND-Yag. In 2012, the addition of Dr. Higginbotham expanded our services to include injectables and a wider range of medical spa treatments. Since then, we've evolved into a comprehensive practice offering a variety of lasers to address diverse skin conditions and hair removal needs. Throughout our growth, we've remained dedicated to delivering exceptional care and results to our clients. Currently, we have put focus on using AI imaging and ultrasound to deliver precise care. We owe our success to the support, encouragement, and loyalty of our clients over the years, and we're committed to continuing to expand and innovate to meet their evolving needs under the medical oversight of Dr. Diane.

Dr. Diane McConnehey
As the medical director for Precision Laser, Dr. Diane brings over two decades of medical expertise to the forefront of aesthetic medicine.
Dr. McConnehey's journey began with a passion for patient care and a commitment to holistic wellness. She pursued specialized training in Family Medicine along with Medical Aesthetics to develop her artistry for facial rejuvenation and skin enhancement.
Beyond her professional accomplishments, Dr. Diane is deeply rooted in her love for family and friends. When she's not at the clinic, you'll often find her enjoying her horses in Eagle, or spending quality time with her husband, children, and grandchildren.
Dr. McConnehey's dedication to excellence, coupled with her genuine warmth and compassion, sets the tone for the exceptional care and transformative experiences that define Precision Laser as a trusted source of beauty, aesthetics, and wellness.
Jackilyn, MA CLT
After getting her Masters in Aesthetic Medicine, Jackilyn founded Precision Laser in 2010. Ever since then, she has cultivated a spa that uses state of the art technology. She ensures her staff isn’t just trained on the basics, but that they know their machines like the back of their hand. This enables us to provide the services that we do in a happy, safe, and comfortable environment. Although she stays quite busy running the business, the favorite part of her job is still making connections with her clients.
Alex, MSN RN
Alex has a Masters of Nursing and is currently working towards his NP. He prioritizes using scientifically backed strategies to provide the best results. He has implemented ultrasound guided filler removal and AI assisted technology. He’s also Jackilyn’s husband!
Olivia, CLT Licensed Esthetician
Olivia is an esthetician that has been with Precision since 2020. She has been an outstanding treatment provider for many treatments.
Megan
Megan is our office administrator and was raised in Idaho’s Treasure Valley. This mom of 3 boys is the type of person that is always rooting for others and doing everything she can to help them succeed. She works hard to ensure all client questions are answered and that each client has the best experience and outcome possible. If you contact us during the day, chances are that Megan will be the one to answer the phone or email you back.
Kim has evolved and grown from a cosmetologist, to an LPN, and now a registered nurse. This background has given her a keen aesthetic eye and holistic approach to aesthetic and injectable treatments.
