Refund & Package Policy
At Precision Laser & Esthetics, we offer packages and prepaid services to provide the best value to our guests. Because these services are offered at specific pricing and reserved treatment time, the following policies apply to all purchases.
All Sales Final
All packages, series, memberships, gift cards, promotional purchases, and prepaid services are non‑refundable and non‑returnable.
Account Credit & Transfer
Unused balances may be converted to account credit, applied toward other services or products, or transferred to another guest. Credits hold the same value as the original purchase and must be used within the stated expiration period.
Partial Use of Packages
If a package or series has been partially used, services rendered will be deducted at full single‑service pricing, not the discounted package rate. Any remaining balance may be issued as account credit only.
Medical or Provider Exceptions
Refunds may be considered only when a licensed provider determines treatment is medically contraindicated, treatment must be discontinued for safety reasons, or the clinic is unable to provide the purchased service. Approved refunds may be prorated and may include a processing or administrative fee.
Promotions & Special Pricing
Promotional or discounted purchases are final sale and not eligible for refunds.
Expiration
Select packages and prepaid services expire depending on terms at purchase unless otherwise stated.
Chargebacks
Guests agree to contact Precision Laser & Esthetics directly to resolve any concerns prior to initiating a credit card dispute or chargeback.
